Confidence catches fish! The rest of it is just there to keep us busy.
Went ice fishing with my wife, son, and nephew today. Joined later by my brother, niece, and friend. Was a great day on the ice. Not a lot of action but sure was nice out for a January day. And my bday!
Ryan caught a nice (actually huge) yellow perch and to end the day a decent largemouth bass. Had fun.
Was a cold and windy day on Winni. Went out of Center Harbor with Nick and his friend. Took the snowmobile out past 1 mile island and saw plenty of fish but no biters. Here is video of one that kept coming back for his audition to the show:
Hit winni for the last legal day to ice fish it. We were only there for an hour or so. No fish but still 20 plus inches of ice. Hope it melts fast for salmon season on the big pond.
